I love my age because , I feel like I get to enjoy life now and in the right way , I got a second chance in life to proceed with my dream career and as a mother and grandmother I could get to enjoy life with them , be able to travel go places even just to enjoy nature with them . After so many up and downs with my health I believe that everything was meant to be at this age and even to meet the love of my life and nothing is more important then family and happiness. I am very grateful.

At our age , self care is very important like , skin care, eat well , exercise often , maintain your energy and body . As well as being able to do things that you love and enjoy. Don’t let things bother you because problems come and goes and I truly believe in everything has a solution. Mental health as well as physical health is number one priority .

I would first separate money for my kids future .then I would buy my parents their house . Then I would definitely help out pregnant woman , As me working on a Birth Center I’ve learned , they are so many woman that need help financially and emotionally. A lot of them are alone in this world and they need as much help as possible, in the world we live in now is so difficult to even to ask for help . It brakes my heart every time I see them alone walking in the facility to give birth .
