What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to help purchase a “Home” and have it “Furnished”. This has been a “Life-Long-Dream” of all of My Life!!! And I would also “Budget” to take My Babes on a “Mini-Vacation” to “New Orleans” and also give to the “Charities” of “St. Jude, Smile-Train, and Paws”!!!
