I am 44! I have two amazing kids one 25 and one 17. I workout daily to maintain a good health and I enjoy every minute of all my workouts.

How do you stay fabulous?They say we add life to our life by keeping a positive mindset and by working out daily! I do both, every experience good pr bad comes with a positive prospective if you're able to keep a positive mindset! My workouts allow me to clear my mind and it allows me to make the best decisions not only for me but for those around me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would figure out a way to use it wisely and to give back to those who would benefit the most. That money would be of great help and allow me to provide much needed food and snacks for the students I work with.
