I love the calm wisdom that comes with age. I love the friendships that come with knowing myself. I feel a sense of ease alone that I did not know in my twenties and thirties.
How do you stay fabulous?I meditate and practice yoga. I take something called The Class and release emotions and tap into how I feel, daily. I sing, dance, travel to Yosemite 4x a year to go on retreats and teach yoga. I am a third grade teacher and those kids keep me young! I also love to learn with my almost 10 year old beautiful son!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would save it for my son’s education! And maybe take a bit to travel with him. He’s so curious about other cultures and their food and way of life. I would love to take a volunteer trip to help others and show him some of the world!
