At 41, I’m finally embracing the confidence and clarity I was still developing in my 20s and 30s. As a mom to a 5- year old daughter and working full time, I always strive to have life/work balance. I love that I have the energy to fully enjoy my daughter, travel, and spend time with family and friends. Along with my vitality, I have also achieved wisdom from all my past experiences, and I can make better decisions for myself and family.
How do you stay fabulous?In this busy life, I find time to recharge and reconnect with myself. Whether I have a 15 minute morning work out, take a few minutes to feel gratitude for my upcoming day, or read a book that inspires me, I try to incorporate something positive every day. Spending time with my friends is essential as they keep me grounded and accountable. The people in my life bring out the exhilaration and vitality that make me feel unstoppable at this age.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to pay off debts and add to my daughter’s college fund. Not having to worry as much financially will help me focus on what’s most important, time with my loved ones. As a mom, I always strive to provide a better life for my daughter and hope to help my parents as well, which have always been such a huge support in my life.
