Being fabulous over 40 has brought me a unique blend of confidence, wisdom, and freedom that has been incredibly empowering.

What I love about being 40 is that I still not only look great but feel great. I am doing things I love while juggling so many titles. I have mastered the balance between being a mom, a dog mom (my fur baby is the most needy lol) a traveler, a business woman, being a busy nurse practitioner & still making time for myself & the ones I love.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous involves a combination of self-care, personal growth, and embracing one's unique qualities. Keeping God 1st above all else is a must! Next is prioritizing self care. Make time for activities that nourish your body and mind. Acknowledging and celebrating successes, big or small. Surround yourself with positive influences, practice gratitude, and focus on the good in your life. A positive mindset contributes significantly to how fabulous you feel.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to fund a business venture that focuses on uplifting women and helping them embrace their fabulousness at any age. This is something I have wanted to do for awhile & even have the business name picked out. The name comes from my grandmother who passed away from breast cancer in 2009. Being fabulous consists of nurturing others and empowering them to cultivate their own vibrant lives.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
