The Way the body change when we get over 40 is replica. Our Thoughts and Focus is to a level of confidence. A Women over 40 is changing daily our skin our body our focus our confidence it all change daily. We know that being over 40 means waking up all through the night, taking naps through the day, taking extra vitamins and enjoying every bit of the change as we develop a more luscious look. We have a different outlook on life. The Best part of being over 40 is men will approach us differently.
How do you stay fabulous?Being over 40 means getting laser treatments facials, Staying extra Hydrated and taking vitamins.. It’s so important to get some exercise in, or even some Yoga even if it’s only three or for times a week. It’s so good to work the muscles and stretch the muscles. Women over 40 keep toned by keeping our skin hydrated and oiled also it’s awesome sometimes to dry brush your skin, skin care is very important because being over 40 is the beginning of loss of the skin’s elasticity and loss of collagen.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will continue my laser treatments to maintain my beauty. I will get full body massages to calm my stress. I wish I had money to get the laser treatments I need, I would definitely be a beauty. I’ve always wanted to make a YouTube channel, I just couldn’t think of a topic so I will make a YouTube channel on tips to help women over 40 maintain beauty. One thing about me I’m a giver so of course I’ll give back to the charities that have been helping me. I was homeless and they helped and fed me.
