Well… I am just starting my own therapy business at age 41!!! I love helping and supporting people as my career and just in my daily life!

How do you stay fabulous?Staying on top of my own mental health, exercising, and practicing mindfulness on a daily basis. Also, having gratitude and practicing gratitude daily helps me stay positive and constantly see and recognize the many blessings I have in this life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to further my business and I would love to help and support more people who don’t have insurance or cannot afford therapy. I would also want to reach more corners of my community to create more equity and access to mental health supports for kids and adults.
