What I love about being over 40 is the freedom of not caring what others think. I feel more confident, embracing my body and being in my best shape. I’ve found joy in alone time, where I can reflect and recharge. I also cherish the deep connection I share with my husband, appreciating the meaningful moments we spend together. This stage of life is about living authentically, loving myself, and focusing on what truly brings me happiness.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is about embracing authenticity and focusing on what truly matters. I’ve let go of caring what others think and focused on feeling great in my skin. I maintain a healthy relationship with food by avoiding flour and sugar and eating three balanced meals a day, which keeps me energized. I also treasure alone time to reflect and recharge, while nurturing my connection with my husband. This balance helps me thrive and feel fabulous, inside and out.
What would you do with the $40,000?1. Build a laundry room, gym, and catio in my house. 2. Go on an Alaskan cruise 3. Take a Disney World trip and include a VIP tour for myself and my family. 4. Start a scholarship at my high school for Dental Assisting students to go for their X-ray license.
