I really believe in the mind body connection. Loving myself by looking after my diet and exercise. I like to go to the gym also.

How do you stay fabulous?I practice meditation and yoga. I like to be of service to my family and my community. I’m a volunteer doula and I look after children. I also help people clean and declutter their homes. I also look after pets.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would share it with my younger brother who also appreciates skincare and spa treatments. It would be wonderful to enjoy some spa treatments. It would be nice to share that experience with him.
