What I love about being over 40 is the sense of clarity and confidence it brings. I’ve grown to really know myself, embrace my strengths, and let go of what doesn’t serve me. There’s a deeper appreciation for the small things and a greater sense of peace in living authentically. It’s a time to focus on what truly matters and live with purpose.and work on my vision.what I know for sure is that not only I have to fulfill my life but also I have the responsibility to make a difference in the world.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing my inner strength and wisdom, always focusing on personal growth through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. My commitment to self-care, both mentally and physically, keeps me energized and glowing. I surround myself with positivity, stay connected to my passions, and live with purpose, which naturally reflects in my confidence and grace.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would transform my life in a way that fuels personal growth, inner peace, and lasting impact. I’d start by creating a serene sanctuary within my home, blending tranquility with inspiration to support my daily mindfulness and breathwork practices. I would invest in advanced training in yoga, neuroscience, and breathwork, not just for personal mastery, but to deepen my ability to help others on their journey to healing. A portion will be spent on bringing consciousness women.
