I love being over 40 because it comes with a sense of confidence and wisdom. I’ve embraced my identity, no longer swayed by societal pressures or unrealistic expectations. I know what I want and pursue it with clarity. My experiences have shaped me into a resilient, self-assured person who values authenticity and meaningful connections. There’s freedom in prioritizing myself, living unapologetically, and knowing that true beauty and strength come from within.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing self-care, both mentally and physically. I prioritize my health, eat well, and stay active with workouts that make me feel strong and energized. I nurture my mind by practicing mindfulness and surrounding myself with positive, uplifting people. Style is personal, so I dress in what makes me feel confident and empowered. Staying curious, learning new things, and keeping a sense of humour helps me radiate joy and keep that fabulous glow alive.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to save this money to help my kids with their education. I am so proud of each of them and believe they have such a bright beautiful future ahead.
