I love to live the simple life. Walking through the woods with my dogs, gardening and staying close to family and friends.

I love being over 40 today because of all the information out there that I can learn from for staying fit and healthy. There’s so much to know about nutrition and what we need to do for healthy aging.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by having a young attitude, especially about growing older. People often dwell on getting older but I don’t, I embrace it. I love learning all I can about how to stay healthy, and what the best foods are for our body as we age. Staying close family and friends is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Gratitude, and being thankful for what we are blessed with. Is a big part of being happy. I don’t take these things for granted. The glass is half full not half empty.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would probably help with putting money toward our retirement as I haven’t done much toward that in the past. I would like to contribute more for my husband and myself.
