I’m well over 40:) I’ve worked out religiously for years and have followed a great skin care regime since I was 19. I love my family!

I think what I love most about being over 40 is simply being more comfortable in my own skin. The need to please and be accepted is no longer there because I discovered I actually like myself just the way I am and have a lot to offer. I’m warm, friendly and enthusiastic. Another thing I love is not conforming to societal views regarding ‘older’ women. I wear my hair long and my dresses on the shorter side if I feel like it—I’ve got good looking legs:)
How do you stay fabulous?For the most part I choose happiness, although sometimes sad or disappointing things happen. When those things happen I allow myself to feel down, then pick myself up by the bootstraps and power on. As far as my body goes, I’ll workout with weights( done that for years!) and do cardio(I walk on the beach about 5 miles a day— I live part time on the ocean) For my mind I am a spiritual person and I listen to positive affirmations every day. They aren’t for everyone but they are for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate money to a hurricane relief project, Humane Society of America, Paws of War and take my husband who had been ill on a trip to a place where he’d like to go:)
