As a 56-year-old in shape Nana I cherish the wisdom and confidence that has come with age. Being over 40 means embracing my true self, enjoying even deeper relationships with family, and relishing my role as a very hands on Nana . My high physical fitness level allows me to engage in activities with my family and many friends fostering so much joy and lots of connection. Moreover, I appreciate the freedom to pursue my new interests and the perspective to prioritize what truly matters to me
How do you stay fabulous?My love for the outdoors keeps me on the move , biking , stand up paddle boarding , beach walks and walking with my granddaughter in her buggy is how I get my steps in , my goal is minimum 10,000 steps/day , I love to do all types of workouts mostly with friends or group fitness classes , music is my vibe the louder more upbeat the better , focusing on nutrition hydration and personal development setting new goals often will keep me busy for years to come , dancing to live music is a weekend fav
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh if I received 40,000 I’d use some of it to renovate my Radical Self Love Centre to allow for greater opportunities to have more people benefit from all the glorious things I can offer there . The breath work , yoga, Pilates , weight workouts , reiki classes , line dancing , personal Development programs etc as well I’d help My kids with a down payment so they can buy their first home as they just got married this past weekend and are house hunting .
