I've become comfortable in my own skin; I know what is important to me and have learned the value of time. I no longer have the attitude of "I'll get to it" or 'I'll do it tomorrow" Being truly present and recognizing we may only have this moment or day has brought a whole new level of joy, happiness and truly being authentic and true to myself! I am not going to second guess anything! If it's important, feels right, or I've dreamt about doing it I go for it! I travel, started another business
How do you stay fabulous?I have a strong mindset and belief system and know what I value. I eat well, exercise, dance, paddle board, lift weights, anything that makes me feel good I am going to do! Also being surrounded by like-minded people, the ones who support you, lift you up and encourage you to be the best version of you! Let's see the beauty in aging, not giving into it, but accepting the gifts, knowledge and wisdom that comes with aging. I hope to do it gracefully, to always live in a state of gratitude.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a portion of it to my non-profit organization Lost Creek Ranch, where we rescue and retrain the horses to work in a therapy program to help clients to overcome depression, anxiety, PTSD, and many other mental health diagnoses. Lost Creek ranch has been able to save 100's of horses and serve 1000's who have seen amazing results and outcomes from our programs. Also take my mother, who is turning 82 this year on a trip she's always dreamed of, to New York City to see a Broadway Show!
