I'm 56 years old, a mom to 2 daughters and a grandma to 2 grandsons. I've been helping and encouraging women to be their best self.

What I love about being 56 is that I'm finally comfortable in my own skin. Looking back at photos in my 20s, I thought I was never good enough, but now I except every wrinkle, every gray hair and extra pound. With that being said, I make it my mission to lift up every woman and help them fall in love with themselves and show up for life strong & confident.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise, eat clean, try to sleep enough, no drinking or smoking. I got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis some years ago so all the things I do to stay fabulous also happens to be what the dr ordered. I share all my new findings for staying young looking and fit with my friends and strangers because there is always enough room at the top for us all.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000 I would rent a house on a beach and fly my daughters, son in laws and grandsons to stay and visit so be can create an amazing memory.
