I like myself so much more than when I was younger. I have deeper, more meaningful friendships that are low maintenance but high in support and respect. Im having more fun in general. I try not to take myself too seriously and I have more respect for time. Mine and others, it is the most precious commodity we have.
How do you stay fabulous?I have a very simple routine. I go to yoga regularly to remind me how to be a kind, compassionate human. I ride my gravel and mountain bikes 3x a week…I hike with my dogs and drink a ton of water. I do regular stretching and rolling after these sports to keep my facia and muscles happy 😊 my diet is also nutrient dense and I sleep well for being in menopause. I feel fantastic at 56, strong and vital.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pee myself if I won that much money! I’d have to sit and think about what would be the best way to use it. I would consult with my hubby and we’d come up with something that meant a lot to us and help others at the same time. I contribute to charity every month so that would be something I’d do for sure, then something fun with my girlfriends and family. It would bless people no matter what we decided was the best way to use it.
