I love the ease in my body and the way I move through the world. Gone are the days of angst and comparing. Am I perfect? No. Do I accept myself? Yes. I am about to turn the corner into my 60's and am excited to see what that brings!
How do you stay fabulous?I meditate and journal daily...but also go stretches where I completely forget to do both! It's all about resetting and restarting, again and again. I eat well, but my "vices" are coffee and wine, neither of which I envision giving up. Life is for LIVING, and in my world, living well includes pleasure. I weight train every other day and walk everywhere! The old adage of "keep it simple" seems to work for me!
What would you do with the $40,000?Oooh la la, I'd go to France with my 5 sisters. I lived in France for 3 years in my twenties, and have an ongoing love affair with the country...hence the love of coffee and wine. I'd love to show my sisters the country I hold so dearly. I'd plan a trip to Provence, where life is slow and oh so beautiful.
