Nourishing well the body, exercising, meditating, yoga, breathwork & dancing. Keep the body moving, shaking, releasing, breathing. Breathwork, affirmations, EFT. Keeping the Heart open. Practicing SelfCompassion. Having fun, being appreciative for the simple things & everything/people/events in life. POSITIVE ATTITUDE, GRATITUDE & LOVE are key! ♥️💃🎶
What would you do with the $40,000?Give 15% to Charity, either in support to women, elderly, or the ocean. I would invest in opening a wellness healing center for dance/somatic healing/movements/yoga/breathwork/meditation/innerwork/femme empowerment/raising frequency/selfworth/selfcare/face massages. And would love to take care of my parents with help of specialists & health professionals like physiotherapists/kinesiologists/osteopaths et naturopaths. Doing what I love & adding value to people’s lives, family & friends. ✨🙏🩷🙏
