What I love about being over 40 is my passion for life and constant growth. I am a dedicated single mother who maintains strong, healthy relationships with my family and friends. I prioritize taking care of myself, staying healthy, and continually educating myself. Life has taught me to appreciate time, embrace every moment, and always strive for success. I love the journey I’m on, and I believe I’ve gained more joy and wisdom with each passing year.
How do you stay fabulous?How do I stay fabulous after 40, I focus on a few key habits. I prioritize clean, organic eating as much as possible, and I stay active through regular exercise and running—not too intense, but enough to keep me fit and energized. I also make time for reading to continually educate myself, and I meditate daily to nurture my mental well-being. I believe that a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, and taking time for myself each day is essential to staying balanced and vibrant.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, the first thing I would do is buy my 18-year-old daughter, who’s about to graduate, a car to help her as she starts the next chapter of her life. I would also use part of the money to launch my own business, focused on facial products—a dream I’ve been working toward. Lastly, I’d set aside $1,000 to treat myself to something exciting, as being a single parent can be challenging, and it’s important to celebrate every win!
