I’m 53, raised two very successful boys 25 & 20. I have worked long hours in my career, but still made time to take care of me too.

I love that I have learned from any past mistakes or bad experiences. I have become stronger through all my heartaches and the loss of loved ones. I can see how successful my boys have become because I am still alive and healthy. My husband still thinks I am sexy and beautiful.
How do you stay fabulous?I keep my mind busy and challenge myself to keep learning. I received a MSHA while in my late 40’s, and I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I eat a dash diet for heart health that has kept me healthy, less bloated and tasting the real taste of food. I work out four times week. I swim and do a lot of water aerobics with weight lifting. I also follow a fabulous skin care routine with retinol and collagen products.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would give some to the local animal shelter where I live in Elizabethiton, TN, and to the Unicoi County Animal Shelter that had to close due to the hurricane Helene. I would donate to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast TN and to the local church food banks that have been helping with this horrible devastation from hurricane Helene. The rest I would pay on my home mortgage.
