That I have truly entered my best decade. I believe in myself more, I care less about how society thinks I should look or act. I have more empathy and understanding then I ever did when I was younger and that comes in handy when dealing with the problems or issues that may arise.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out 4x a week. I do strength training all four days and cardio three out of the four. I like seeing how much stronger I get week by week or finally mastering an exercise that scared me initially. I am working out now for the future me so I can still be mobile in my 70s and beyond.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would go on a mini vacation, pay down my debt and give some to Camp Sunshine. I have volunteered there before and it's a wonderful organization that provides camp retreats for terminally ill children and families. So even if I don't win, please feel free to donate to this program.
