I’ve been teaching yoga for 14 years, and as I approach 61, I feel as vibrant as ever—like I’m 40! I absolutely refuse to grow up!

Being over 40 is amazing! I’m in the best shape of my life, teaching yoga since I was 50 and I feel better than ever. I’ve embraced a new outlook on life—full of energy, positivity, and endless possibilities. As a proud mom of a married son, I cherish this new chapter. Living in beautiful South Florida only adds to the joy, with the sun, sand, and ocean right at my doorstep. I love life more than ever, feeling grateful, youthful, and excited for all that’s ahead!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing a healthy, active lifestyle through yoga and Tai Ji Quan, which keep my body and mind in top shape. Self-care is key—nourishing my body with healthy food, spending time outdoors, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. I maintain a positive mindset, focusing on growth, gratitude, and surrounding myself with love. Staying connected to my passions, like teaching and hosting retreats, keeps me energized and vibrant. Age is just a number, and I feel unstoppable!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d first pay off my debts and put a down payment on a home in Florida. I’d also expand my yoga and Tai Ji Quan retreats, creating life-changing experiences in beautiful settings. Investing in marketing would help me grow my Lori’s Universal Flow business and reach more people. I’d continue my education to enhance my offerings and donate to breast cancer awareness, honoring my mom’s memory. This investment would fuel my passion and help secure a brighter future.
