At my age, I’ve learned to love, and respectfully listen to myself. I have found a pace & balance that feels good & works for me. Creativity, mindfulness and helping others are the key to my inner happiness. Spiritual connection and practicing gratitude keep me grounded. Prioritizing self care & keeping a very healthy lifestyle are key! I’m a believer in life long learning and giving back to our community.
How do you stay fabulous?I meditate a lot to maintain positivity and inner peace. I exercise daily; whether it’s Yoga, cardio , resistance training or actively engaging with life! I eat an healthy diet, avoid alcohol and don’t smoke! I surround myself with positive, motivated people and constantly working towards doing whatever I can towards achieving my dreams every day. I’m an engaged advocate for women & always strive to be the best version of myself. Creativity & spirituality keep me inspired and joyful!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would open the Teaching/ Healing Arts Gallery I’ve wanted to for years. Get debt free & help my daughter with her tuition while she goes to college.
