I love that I have accepted and love myself and my changing body and understand that growing older can be whatever you want it to be. I choose to be happy and healthy and to love life! I have a lot of stories to tell from being a former professional athlete to a successful woman entrepreneur in the male-dominated sports industry. Now I have a gratifying career working with those experiencing homelessness. I feel like since my divorce, everything has come full circle. What a ride it has been!

I eat as healthy as possible and stay active. I always make sure that I pick out a nice outfit even if I'm just at home. My fountain of youth is regular juice cleanses. I pray daily, read my walking with Jesus devotional, and meditate every evening to release the day. I think emotional beauty is as important as physical beauty. The best part of being Fabulous over 40 is discovering that confidence and being fabulous is a feeling you can carry with you every day, regardless of your age!

Oh gosh, first I would pay off my bills, $18,000, will pay for the medically necessary breast surgery I just had last month on November 20th instead of having to finance it. Thankfully, it turned out my breast issue was not cancer. I had 18 YO ruptured silicone implants and a lot of scar tissue that needed to be removed. I would take that dream trip to Italy to visit where my grandparents are from and donate a portion to NBCF. Cheers to this journey and enjoying this beautiful life at 60 years!
