What do you love about being over 40?

What I love about being a woman over 40 is the deeper appreciation I have for life. I no longer focus on shallow or materialistic things—what truly matters has become much clearer. Watching my children grow up has been one of the most rewarding experiences, and I’ve learned to cherish the simple moments, finding joy and fulfillment in what really counts.

How do you stay fabulous?

Staying fabulous over 40 is all about balance for me. I make time for self-care, focus on eating healthy (but I never skip dessert!), and make sure to exercise regularly to stay strong and energized. Helping my students also brings me a lot of joy, and I stay positive by focusing on the things that truly matter in life. It’s all about taking care of myself while enjoying the little things.

What would you do with the $40,000?

With $40,000, I’d first focus on getting my finances in order since I’ve had to start over after my divorce. Next, I’d probably consider putting in an extra bathroom in the house because my teenage sons are always fighting for the shower! I’d also donate a portion to the United Breast Cancer Foundation, as they’ve done so much for me. And if there’s anything left, I’d love to treat my family to a mini vacation—we really deserve it after everything we’ve been through.
