Right now, I love refining my personal style and being bold about it. Wearing vintage hairstyles from the 1940s & 1950s, and clothing from those same eras makes one stand out and in my 40s I love it! Curlers out to the mall? Or a colourful 1960s caftan to the bar? You bet! I feel more confident in my style and I don’t care what others think. This is so empowering. Travelling has also become a big part of my 40s, and has helped form who I am in this time of my life. I love seeing the world.
How do you stay fabulous?By surrounding myself with incredible people and always staying true to myself. It sounds cliche but it’s true. Also dance & laughter. I laugh a lot and I love to Lindy Hop (the original swing dance). I also have a vintage blog, that brings me joy to write for. This keeps one fab.
What would you do with the $40,000?Buy lots of vintage clothing or travel to places I have only dreamed about. Or put money towards that dream home in another country my husband and I have never stopped thinking about. So many wonderful ideas that would truly level up an already amazing life.
