Being over 40 often brings a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence. I love the confidence I have now that I didn’t have in my 20’s. I like myself, and I don’t worry about who don’t . There’s a freedom in being authentic and focusing on what truly matters. Also, setting new goals can enhance overall well-being and satisfaction. It’s a time to celebrate accomplishments and embrace new adventures!
How do you stay fabulous?Self care and self love is key to feeling fabulous after 40. Eating healthy, exercising regularly. Taking time to be alone and enjoying doing things that makes me happy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of the money for a down payment on a two family house to move my mom closer and to live next to me. My mom has onset dementia and her current living situation is not safe for her. but she still wants her independence and live in her own home. I would love to honor her and be able to take care of her at the same time. A two family home is a goal I am trying to achieve at this stage of my life.
