Truthfully, having the freedom to do just as i want to do. Taking a long walk, listening to my music or a podcast with my earbuds. Thinking of what to cook for Supper. Getting out to catch a movie. Go out to get a bite to eat. Visiting and talking with my neighbors. This is wholesome living for me. Talking on the phone catching up with my Mom and my grown kiddos 💓
How do you stay fabulous?Skincare and a haircare regimen is a must. Being kind to myself by getting plenty of sleep and hydration is a must. I practice intermittent fasting. It works for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I had too rethink this one. I want to travel and just to take it all in and send postcards to my love ones. I have never traveled abroad or even interstate. Sounds exciting to me. Thanks Fab over 40 😉
