What do you love about being over 40?

What I love about being over 40, is I can look back over my life , now that I’m almost 66, and see how I’ve come through the difficult times, and realize I’m right where I’m supposed to be! My husband and I have raised 3 wonderful children who are incredibly good humans, and that is a great honor! We have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world over the past 10 years! Also, I love being able to impart wellness to anyone that wants to be healthier, through my online business!

How do you stay fabulous?

I wake up every morning and say out loud the things I am grateful for! I stay in contact with friends and family, and I make sure that I communicate with each one of my children every day!! I make good food choices and am very thankful for my health, I get out and appreciate nature as often as I can, and exercise every day! I also try to make at least one person smile while I am out and about! I want to stay as vital as I can for as long as I can, so I can be here a long time for my family!

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would first take care of anything needed here at home, then put a portion in a trust for our granddaughter. I would also give some to the local animal shelter, ( as I am an animal lover), and I would give some to the local theater group that I am involved in, so that may help them to pay for a rental space for the productions we do every year!
