I come from a large family. We grew up poor but I didn’t know we were poor! Mom raised 12 children! I want to be like her!

Life experiences teach us to appreciate life over 40! Having lost 4 of my older siblings under 40, it was a blessing to celebrate 40, then 50 and now 60!!!! I’m a breast cancer survivor! Thank you Jesus!🙏
How do you stay fabulous?Life is definitely not easy but through trials and tribulations you learn to get the best out of life! I try to eat healthy and walk as much as I can! After my next surgery I’ll be in a better position to add a gym regimen to my daily routine. I love feeding everyone and anyone interested in sampling some of my cooking! I’m Puertorican raised in New York and in my 30’s moved to SF California! 25 years later, I find myself in The Poconos PA.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would buy a camper and travel from coast to coast! It would include a culinary journey that would span many cultures! It warms my heart to think that I could actually check this off my bucket list. I would start in PA and drive down to Florida. From Florida to Texas. Up to California and then up to Washington! Who knows if I could throw in a trip to Canada! What an adventure I would have and of course I need a partner in crime. I’m hoping my bestie will join me on this spectacular trip!
