I think as women age, we tend to focus on more important things than our looks . Perhaps it is because as we look older we become invisible to men which is very freeing! As we emotionally mature and if we take care of our mental health, we tend to develop more confidence and self-esteem which allows us to truly value what we have to offer the world. As I am now 62, my inner world is more at peace and I am making time to focus on my own values rather than what people expect of me. Life is good!
How do you stay fabulous?I think for the most part is I cleanse my face with coconut oil or olive oil. I don't use soap or sunscreen on my face. A few times a week, I use a baking soda scrub and finish off with aloe vera gel with a few drops of essential oil. I don't eat sugar, processed foods or wheat and typically maintain an intermittent fasting schedule. I get at least three exercise sessions in a week. I have never enjoyed sitting around. Other than that I just try to stay positive and busy!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would almost be able to pay off my student loan! It would relieve me of so much anxiety and I would be eternally grateful.
