I’m a hot mess and life is difficult. I’m strong and will always put my trust in God’s word. I love my family, I love being a wife and a mother and I work full time and provide for my family. There is always something to learn. The aches, pains, scars from the past have made me who I am today. I’m working on becoming a better version of myself after surviving being attacked by 5 pitbulls in February. I’m ready to start my 49th year better than the last year!
How do you stay fabulous?By prayer, gratitude, determination, forgiveness and acceptance. But, then life throws a curve ball and knocks me back time and time again. For me being fabulous is doing my absolute best to love, respect, and forgive myself. Except that it’s ok not to be ok. But, I get up, whipe the tears, and do what is needed for me and my family. I’m exhausted and a total mess some days. Rest, resilience, and faith keep me fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my debt, do some needed repairs to our home to get us through until we can replace it. Then take a small family trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We did not get the opportunity to do anything on our anniversary because I was still out of work and healing from being attacked by the dogs and recovering from the injuries.
