I love the clarity of being over 40. We're at 20 you're not sure about your body at 40 it seems like your body is at its best. I've learned how to exercise and eat right, I've learned how to love myself emotionally, and be very comfortable in my skin.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by exercising, practicing mindfulness by recognizing my emotional state and changing my mindset, eat right at the right times, and make sure to have fun all the time even while working even when stressed. And always listen to people you love and give them a space for them to vent without judgment because that is very important
What would you do with the $40,000?I recently found family I didn't know I had I've been alone my whole life since I was 11 and I've been working and paying my own bills since that time. Last year I took time off from work to take care of my new family since my dad and my aunt had an above knee amputations. During that time I fell and broke three ribs and found cancer on my foot. So with that money I'm going to buy a house and start a business start taking care of myself first and foremost and my new family.
