I feel empowered & grounded in my feminine power. There's a confidence that happens after 40 that I didn't experience before & there's also a fearlessness & trust in all my experiences, the divine timing of it all & my innate gifts that I dimmed earlier in life. I realized all these gifts were present in me as a child & I'm allowing them to emerge now, leveraging the unique me and share wisdom. Pre-40 I struggled with worthiness, self-love, acceptance. I still practice daily & feel more vibrant.
How do you stay fabulous?A loving and supportive sisterhood, community and family who also amplify and fully accept all of me. Daily practice, rituals and mindfulness, especially when my self-worth waivers. Self-love and boundaries of my energy and time, really only saying yes to the things and people I feel a full body yes to. And I take care of me and my body, not denying myself, but also practicing radical self-love even if my body shape / size changes. That alone has been a lifelong journey!
What would you do with the $40,000?So much I'd love to do, but invest part in my business, invest part of it for a travel fund I started for my little nieces so they can also see the world one day with me. Part would go towards a beach home where I can also host and share special time with loved ones and possibly intimate women's retreats.
