I'm profoundly stable in my autonomy and agency with my personality, values, morals, ethics. I'm a safe person through the love I hold in space for others, and even more importantly...myself. I married young and had 4 babies in 5 years. My body went through a lot of changes and I didn't feel like I belonged to myself for more than a decade. Now at 44, I feel more myself than ever and that I can make changes to my body for my best life and not have to sacrifice.
How do you stay fabulous?Having a sense of humor, not taking anything personally, laughing until tears with my kids, SLEEP, eating well, an excellent skincare regimen, keeping up with body health maintenance (dental, annual exam, optical), reading, spending time with amazing friends, and being active in my community and networking.
What would you do with the $40,000?My 17 yro son survived a fatal car accident that took the life of his best friend two years ago My son was in ICU at the leading trauma hospital in the country. He's a miracle kid with such a growth mindset. I would take him on the vacation of a lifetime and travel to his pick of places so he can see what a magical world he was given to see.
