I always tell my nieces “what you think you know in your 20’s will be different than your 30’s and most definitely be even more different in your 40’s”. Learn as each year passes and take with you a pearl that you can tuck away. It will make you a stronger, more confident and powerful woman. That is what I love most about being over 40. Taking risks and challenges that I may have once overlooked and loving the outcome!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying true to myself makes me fabulous. I take nothing for granted. I look at each day as an opportunity to learn something new so that I can share with others and truly make an impact. I exercise, try to eat well and get my sleep, but also know that on days that are a bit unbalanced it’s ok!!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?Friends have been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. This has become more prevalent in younger women and I would love nothing more than to donate some of the money to research on early detection, and be a part of the cure. I am also an advocate for supporting the benefits of hospice. I would donate to my organization to create better awareness.
