I know my worth. I don't pretend to be what I think people want, I am just me, I have embraced my body, my scars from childbirth, small wrinkles, and just aging. I say what I think - no filters - I love being me - genuine, kind, thoughtful, outgoing, friendly, and compassionate. I understand how lucky I am. I value my life, my health & I am grateful for each and every day I wake, breathe and live every day. My motto is live every day likes it your last because one day you’ll be right.
How do you stay fabulous?I run 5 miles 3-4 times a week as well as lifting lightweights, and regular exercise. In summer I paddleboard at the lake every day. As a flight attendant I walk immense amounts throughout my day and deal with changes in altitude regularly. Eating healthy, exercising regularly and eating and drinking almost everything in moderation is key to a healthy life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my hubby and kids on an African safari. Our movie has always been the Lion King and to be able to share that experience of what has always been our fave would be a dream come true :)
