Self Care, Spa days, making time to stop breathe and smell the roses. Mental health is the only health. Take care of yourself first.

Having this new found perspective on life. It really does start at 40. I have learned to self care and take care of my mental health. I also love just learning about new things and reaching new heights in my own personal development. So I can be a better person and teach others to do the same. Because you really do matter.
How do you stay fabulous?I do a lot of meditation and self care practices. I take care of my mind so it can in turn take care of my body and soul. I do yoga every day. I get massages and do a lot of beauty regimens the same I have been doing since I was 20. I really believe that if you take care of yourself there is no need to do anything invasive. I enjoy the spa and make time to do things for myself. Even though I am a mentor and a mental health advocate and work more hours than I care to admit. I always try.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would try to put a down payment on an house and buy my first home. I have never owned a house and moved over 25 times in my life. I have been searching for my place in the world and searching for HOME. I am ready to settle down and put down some roots and enjoy that next chapter of my life. I ready to have a place to finally call HOME.
