I love that my children are almost grown men, and now I have some time for ME!!!! Also, with age comes confidence, hope and knowing who I am. No one can take that away from me. I accept my body after having my breast implants removed, and I love it! I embrace myself every day, cheering myself on. This came with experience...and age.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by starting my day with a Chi-gong practice. Every morning without fail. Gone are the days of pumping iron and ripping and tearing ligaments at the gym. Now, I focus on mind and body connection. Some Yoga, long walks in nature, and some light lifting to keep my arms and abs visible!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would speak in front of as many people as would listen and tell my story—one of strength and resilience—for better or for worse. I would help as many women as possible move through the shame and hurt from being gaslighted by their doctors, helping them get back to who they are and loving themselves along the way.
