Being a woman over 40, I have really come into my own. I no longer live my life based on others expectations of me. I am finally at a point in my life where I am living the life I chose. Living from my heart, learning in the present, and connecting these two incredible forces to model for my children a way of life that is not ruled by the constraints of social media. A way of life that connects us all through mind, body , spirit and heart.
How do you stay fabulous?With age has come this incredible ability to accept and love myself in whatever shape or form the day brings. To love not only myself , but others too with all of the grace and compassion I have, but to also revel and embrace the perfection of MY imperfections, and know that that is what the human experience is about.
What would you do with the $40,000?After having emergency back surgery I had to leave an extremely abusive marriage of 20 years on my own with three children. Because of the nature of the abuse and my inability to continue teaching Special Education following surgery, my children and I had to be placed in Government Subsidized housing. I would use this money to put towards a down payment on a house of our own. A home where I can raise my children. A place where we can feel safe and begin again.
