Married for 28 years, raised three beautiful girls, now taking care of my 87 year old Mother. My therapy is baking, biking and traveling.

What is Over 40 supposed to feel like? I am 59 and people think I am in my 30's maybe early 40's. What I love is that I don't feel over 40. I do have the normal aches and pains, but that comes with any age. I still feel like a kid, I love roller coasters, love entertaining, love surprising people, love being active with my 5 year old Godson. We love to travel, exercise and enjoy life.
How do you stay fabulous?Three years ago, I weighted 238 lbs. I have been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life. I dated guys who made comments about my weight, I have always been self concious of my weight. After visiting our best friends in Idaho, I got sick with a stomache bug, I ended up having a parasite and Cholecystitis. I changed my whole lifestyle of eating and lost over 80 lbs. I am now at a healthy weight. We ride bikes, Swim, walk and eat healthy meals. I do like to bake, so I do cheat a little.
What would you do with the $40,000?Our lives would change so much! We would take care of bills, put a deposit on a home, I would love to take my 87 year old Mother, who lives with us, to Hawaii, (she went all the time with my dad). My husband would be able to retire and enjoy time with his 91 year old parents. I have always felt that I have to proove myself, I don't know why, maybe because I didn't go to college and have worked since I was 14. I would hope my girls would be proud of me.
