Relationships tend to deepen, and there's often a greater appreciation for experiences rather than material possessions. Additionally, with decades of learning and growth, I feel more resilient and capable of navigating life's challenges with more wisdom.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous, focus on self-care—prioritize my physical health through regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and sufficient sleep. Embrace lifelong learning by exploring new hobbies or skills, keeping my mind active and engaged. Cultivate strong relationships with friends and family, as social connections enrich life. Maintain a positive mindset, practicing gratitude and self-compassion. Invest in my personal style by wearing what makes me feel confident. Lastly, staying curious and open.
What would you do with the $40,000?Attend wellness retreats focusing on relaxation, mindfulness, and holistic health practices. Enroll in self-improvement courses in other countries, led by spiritual leaders, alongside my boyfriend. This will help us learn effective stress management techniques that we can also share with others. Invest in my business so I can continue to help others with their health
