Since being over 40 now and mature, I like to say that power of self reflection has helped me mature. I'm a positive person and always try to see and find the bright side of life. I'm always open to help anyone . If I can make someone smile or laugh even if they're a stranger it makes me feel good. I've learnt to appreciate the little things in life and I keep in mind life is full of possibilities not to take things so seriously. I've come to realize it's ok to be myself no matter what.
How do you stay fabulous?I love yoga and pilates . I mostly 95% water and the other 5% fruit/tomato juice. I try hard to watch out for carbs and sugar intake. Im a positive person and I always keep in mind I'm in charge of this body and life I can always change most things in my life if need be.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to receive $40,000 I would love to donate at $10,000 to Wounded Warriors, St. Jude's children's hospital and SPCA, Alzheimer's ,honestly I would probably donate close to half of the money. I would also like to catch up on a few bills. I also would love to buy a few new skin care products that I can't afford but would love to be able to.
