What I love about being over 40 is the treasure trove of memories I've created, filled with laughter and tears. I've retained my fearlessness and tenacity while embracing a newfound poise that allows me to be curious and empathetic. I cherish the clarity that comes with age—finally knowing who I am and shedding those once-debilitating insecurities. This stage of life feels like a celebration of growth and authenticity, and I’m grateful for the wisdom that enriches each day.
How do you stay fabulous?I don't focus on being fabulous as much as I prioritize being kind and thoughtful, believing that character truly defines us. Recently, I embarked on a holistic health journey,consciously choosing to eat well, exercise, and get sufficient sleep.I also invest more time in family and friends, recognizing that meaningful relationships bring lasting happiness. This balanced approach not only nurtures my well-being but also enhances the joy & fulfillment in my life, keeping me vibrant & engaged.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were fortunate enough to win $40k I would focus on 2 key passions. 1st, I would invest in starting my sound healing business for dogs, blending my love for animals with holistic wellness. Second, I would dedicate funds to animal rescue, a cause my husband and I deeply care about. We currently care for 12 feral cats & 2 rescue dogs & some of the money would support their needs.This would allow us to expand our impact & contribute even more to the well-being of animals in our community.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
