That I don’t feel 40! Age is just a number. I am proud to admit that I recently lost 80 pounds. So now at 42, I feel the most comfortable in my skin that I ever have. It’s never too late to get healthy!
How do you stay fabulous?It’s hard work, but I manage to stay fabulous by balancing my profession with self care and family time. I am very active and spend a lot of time outdoors hiking with my dog, doing pilates, and rolling around on a jiu jitsu mat. I am also a huge fan of facials and pedicures. :)
What would you do with the $40,000?I would start my own medical weight loss practice so I could help people become the best version of themselves!
