At 48 I feel better in my body and skin than I have in my entire life, it has been a long journey and I’m am so much happier for it.

I believe I have grown more emotionally and mentally stronger in my 40s. I have been able to build a career that I enjoy and proud to have the freedom to enjoy my life and family.
How do you stay fabulous?I enjoy very much to stay healthy in mind and body. I have developed an excercise habit to create goals over the last 3 years. I have been able to focus on many physical goals like get to a healthy weight, feel stronger and toner and enjoy my body and how it feels in clothes I didn’t think I could wear.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to build a space for my family to enjoy. A few years ago, I saw a swim spa wear you could enjoy a spa or use it for excercise. I love to swim but it is challenging to find a pool where you could swim for excercise. So with a swim spa I could have a space to relax and stay healthy.
