How do you stay fabulous?I stay active although I work a lot I still find time to take care of myself. I also travel write often to different countries. Work hard play hard.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put it towards purchasing a rental property so I could have more residual income, that would take away the need for me to work so hard. My goal is to own several short term rental properties working my way up to owning an apartment building.
