Being over 40 brings both challenges and opportunities. Experiencing a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence during this time. It continues to be a period for reassessing life goals, pursuing new interests, and deepening relationships. Physically, I have put more attention to health and fitness, but it's also a time when I have to find a balance between work and personal life. The best part is having a group of women in my life who are all going through their own journey together.
How do you stay fabulous?This involves a mixture of self-care, confidence, and embracing change. Maintaining a balanced diet, staying active when I can, and get regular check-ups. Embracing my unique qualities and experiences. Keeping my confidence is often the key to feeling fabulous. Surrouning myself with positive, supportive people who uplift me and are there when needed. I continue to learn and explore new interests. This usually sparks creativity and keeps me engaged with life.Take time for myself is also key.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have never been on an all inclusive vacation, so this would be at the top of the list. Updating my wardrobe would be next, including a Chanel bag(top goal). I would also take all of the beautiful women in my life for a night out on the town. Spa, dinner and drinks. They are my support system.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
